Facilities Support Officers
Addlestone One is an exciting new mixed use development in Addlestone, Surrey currently under construction with Phase 1 due to open early October 2018. The development is anchored by a Waitrose Supermarket, Premier Inn Hotel and a 6 screen The Light Cinema. In addition, the scheme will offer a dynamic mix of fashion, food and lifestyle brands, as well as a gym together with 213 executive apartments. This is one of the most significant new developments in Surrey in 2018 and will transform the town and local economy.
We are looking for four facilities support officers to join the existing team that will bring the Addlestone One Shopping Centre out of development and to lay the foundations for a centre of excellence.

We are aiming to push customer service delivery to new levels for our clients, commercial tenants, residents and our shoppers.
The Facilities Support Officers are accountable to the Centre Manager through the senior Facilities Support Officer for operational delivery, customer support and security within the site. You will ensure exemplary standards of customer service are provided to the client and visitors at all times. In addition you will be very much the face of the Addlestone One team and should be smart and act with professionalism at all times, with a can-do attitude in this highly varied role.
